At FormaCraft, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied with your order, you may request a return subject to the conditions below.
1. Return Period
Customers may request a return within 14 days of receiving the order.
To request a return, please contact us within this period with your order number and the reason for the return.
2. Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return, the product must:
- Be unused and in its original condition.
- Be returned with its original packaging when applicable.
- Not be damaged, modified, or used improperly.
- Be accompanied by the order information.
We reserve the right to refuse a return if the product has been damaged or used after delivery, except where the product is defective.
3. Personalized and Custom Products
Personalized or customized products made specifically according to the customer’s request are generally not eligible for return or refund if the customer simply changes their mind.
However, if a personalized product arrives damaged, defective, or does not correspond to the customer’s approved specifications, please contact us so we can find an appropriate solution.
4. Damaged or Incorrect Products
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide:
- Your order number.
- Photos of the product.
- Photos of the packaging.
- A description of the issue.
We will review the issue and, where appropriate, offer a replacement, repair, or refund.
5. Return Shipping
For returns due to a change of mind or other reasons not caused by an error or defect from FormaCraft, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.
If the return is due to a defective, damaged, or incorrect product, FormaCraft will determine the appropriate solution and may cover the return shipping cost.
6. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.
If approved, the refund will be processed using an appropriate payment method.
For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, we may request the customer’s bank or other payment details needed to process the refund.
7. Refund Amount
Approved refunds cover the amount paid for the returned product.
Original shipping fees are generally non-refundable unless the return is caused by an error, defect, or incorrect product supplied by FormaCraft.
8. Exchanges
If you receive a defective or incorrect product, please contact us. Depending on the situation and product availability, we may offer a replacement instead of a refund.
